I have already uploaded it a few times now and still it displays like that - I've also downloaded it again in case and it is the same. When I switch to the default layout or blank layout it displays the form elements fine. I'm not sure what to do about it? Is it because it is Magento version 1.6 I am using? Also, what can I do about the additional products displaying to 4 decimal places? Did u changed anything in the template files? Ex. In our template we have button code as follows : <code><button type="button" class="button" onclick="checkout.setMethod();">Continue</button></code> Please confirm that you don't missed the <code></code> before the button name which is not showing the button title on your site. Same thing I can see in your checkout page. So I will suggest you to either replace the original template files from our theme if you have changed them or download the theme again.
